Some notes on the Parliament of the Principality of Catalonia held in 1416
Abstract
Nel 1416 il nuovo sovrano della Corona d’Aragona convoca un Parlament per il Principato di Catalogna. Si rilevano dal suo studio aspetti interessanti per quanto riguarda le relazioni politico-istituzionali con gli altri Stati della Corona, nello specifico con il Regno di Sardegna, i personaggi che vi partecipano e le proposte legislative presentate dai Bracci al re.
In 1416 the new Sovereign of the Crown of Aragon summons a Parlament for the Principality of Catalonia. Its study reveals some interesting aspects regarding the political, institutional relationships with other states in the Crown, specifically with the Kingdom of Sardinia, with involved people and with the legislative proposals submitted by the Bracci to the king.
