Per una geografia urbana indiziaria e cosmo-politica
For a cosmo-political and circumstantial urban geography
Abstract
The optimistic interpretation prospected by the evidence of cosmopolitanism in the 1990s, seems to have run aground between the dialectics of power and the reasons for political measures, taken on a global, supranational and national scale in these last decades. Nevertheless, new possible traces emerge, to which cosmo-political scenarios can be tied. The short paths covered until now bounce into the persisting conflict between the so-called "high" reasons of the States and the minor praxis that act the minimum space; between the major scales of scenarios without obvious reasons and the actions that weave minimal geographies that, fortunately, are reformulated every day.
