For a study of nuragic towers in medieval texts: the nuraghe Piscu of Suelli between archive documents, bibliographic sources and material culture
Abstract
The published findings from the nuraghe Piscu encompass a chronological span from the 16th century B.C. to the 7th century A.C. The findings from later periods have been not studied, but it is likely that recoveries of objects from the most recent phases other than those pertaining to the phases of the main use of the monument have been neglected and therefore and traces have been lost. Several elements, however, lead us to assume that the area was also used in the Middle Ages.
