Medieval History, Historiography and Facebook: the creation of an intellectual space between popular culture and the academic world
Abstract
We analyze in this article the creation of a space of intersection between popular culture and the academic world. This has been possible thanks to the appearance of social networks associated with the Internet. We will begin by situating the work epistemically to specify what Facebook is. The next step will be to identify the Facebook pages that belong to the two great areas in which we will work, which will be medieval history and historiography. Finally we will analyze in detail three pages as an example to make way for the conclusions.
