Mexico-Italy crossing in three stages
Abstract
The text propose a short and intense journey from Mexico to Italy in three stages, marked by the search for contemporary Italian authors and the discovery of a city, Rome, which opens up to the tourist as a new and ancient universe at the same time, through literary texts. Personal and literary testimony and round-trip look of observation and contemplation, which allows you to imagine the dialogue between scriptures, to travel through Italian writing by Dante to contemporary poets, to walk through Rome, through History, to meet writers and listen to their voices to build a Polyphonic text: Stazione Italia, Luvina.
Se propone una breve e intensa travesía de México a Italia en tres tiempos marcada por la búsqueda de autores italianos contemporáneos y el descubrimiento de una ciudad, Roma, conocida como turista que se desvela como un universo nuevo y antiguo a la vez a través de los textos literarios. Testimonio personal y literario, mirada de ida y vuelta, de observación y de contemplación, que permite imaginar el diálogo entre escrituras; viajar en la escritura italiana desde Dante hasta los poetas contemporáneos; caminar por Roma, por la Historia, conocer a los escritores, escuchar sus voces para construir con ellas un texto polifónico: Stazione Italia, Luvina.
